Filmed in Normandy, Strasbourg, the Pyreness, Toulouse, and Paris, this series explores such themes as family, work, food, places to live, holidays, fashion, language and art and what it is to be French, through vox pop interviews and documentary narration.

The French Experience 2 (Intermediate)

This intermediate course continues where The French Experience left off. The course focuses on standard French but also travels further afield to introduce students to the richness and diversity of the French speaking world. It offers a flavour of New Caledonia, Vietnam, Senegal, Tunisia, Quebec, Belgium, Switzerland and Guadeloupe. Learners can expand their ability to speak, understand, read and write French in a wide range of useful everyday settings.

A Vous to France (Beginner)

Filmed in and around Grenoble, in the foothills of the Alps and the historic town of Pezenas near Montpellier, these, fifteen 25 minute programmes consist of simple conversations, plus mini-documentaries on various features of French life.
