complete and unabridged audio books on compact disk as well as cassette,
in recognition of the huge changes in audio technology in the 1990's.
This has proved an enormous success, and in response to your requests
for even more CD titles to meet customer demand, we are delighted
to announce the launch of The CD Core Collection.
Many of the Chivers finest recordings and most popular titles were
published before the days of CD, so we have chosen 35 jewels form
our treasure chest of over 2000 titles to issue on compact disc.
You can take the entire Core Collection, or simply choose those titles
most suited to your own library. Whatever you decide, you can be sure
that these high-quality digital recordings will be borrowed time and
