and service is a way of life. We work with the librarian in
mind, and offer the following services:
- Regular mailing of new titles and up to date stock catalogues.
- Frequent visits to libraries, when convenient, to show
you all
material and explain services and to listen and respond
to your specific needs.
- Regular reporting on any item not held in stock or out
of print.
- Replacement of any imperfect or damaged copy which has
been inadvertently supplied (return of the title page is
only requested).
